Tom McKay, Vice President of Development
Mr. McKay joined Princeton in 2008. He brings over twenty years experience in the real estate and golf course development business. Most recently Mr. McKay worked for Wingfield Properties where he was responsible for the development and operation of two resort-oriented master planned communities in North Carolina. Prior to that, Mr. McKay spent six-plus years with Kettler, one of greater Washington, DC’s largest diversified real estate companies, where he was responsible for the development of several mixed-use and golf course communities that encompassed over 3,000 residential units and 2,000,000 square feet of commercial space.
Mr. McKay spent the formative years of his development career with The Artery Organization, Inc., and GolfSouth, where he managed the development of numerous residential, commercial, and golf properties. Mr. McKay began his career in public accounting where he was a licensed CPA and spent over four years before moving into real estate development. He is a graduate of James Madison University.
At Princeton, Mr. McKay directs a full range of development services for clients as well as business development activities for the Princeton Companies.
